Swiss Master SPV, registered in Canton Zug, serves as the sole issuer of the ARKH security token and performs corporate consolidation and management of the energy resource asset portfolio through a network of subsidiary Asset SPVs. Master SPV operations are structured in accordance with FINMA requirements and implemented in a compliance-by-design mode, including KYC/AML procedures, sanctions screening, and cross-border restrictions, including those applicable in the context of SEC requirements. ARH circulation is conducted exclusively on the regulated Securitize (ATS) platform using a Transfer Agent with full investor admission control.
